Return & Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to return any item, keep the original inner and outer packing and pack the goods the same way you received them.

  • Place a return request for damaged or defective goods within 7 days from date of delivery with images of the damaged product and images of inner and outer packing along with information like order ID to be sent on our email ID: cs3hub@gmail.com

  • Any other return can be initiated within 7 days from date of delivery.

  • We do not accept returns for products which have been purchased on sale.

  • Hand over the goods in the original packing to the courier. This is important as it’ll minimize chances of damage in route to us.

  • Once we receive the item/s back in good condition, we will initiate a refund. It’ll reflect in your account within 7 business days. In all cases, refunds will be made via online transfer and not by cash

  • For any other query, call [number] or mail us [mailid]. Call timings are Mondays to Saturdays 10:00 am to 7:00 pm.​

 

Refund Policy

  • If customer did not like the color, shape and size or any choice after receiving the order. Customer has to send the items back to our warehouse. We will refund/replace based on stock.

  • In any case if customer does not attend the items( out of town) we will deduct the shipping charge and refund the remaining amount for paid orders.
